I am currently a Lecturer at Purdue University in the Strategic Communications Master's Program and teach courses in Research Methods, Professional Writing, and Ethics. From 2002 - 2012, I was a Professor in the Educational Technology Graduate Program at Purdue University. I taught courses in Instructional Design, E-Learning Design, Evaluation, Advanced Online Learning, and Human Performance Technology. I am experienced at helping international graduate students succeed. I was doctoral dissertation chair for seven students and four were Chinese students. I teach students the methods and structure for completing and defending a research proposal. I have mentored students studying Education, Engineering, Technology, and Science in quantitative, qualitative or mixed method research.    My research interests include teams, organization development, human resources, and evaluation.”
